Windows 7 Ult not Genuine error 0x8004fe21

Question
-
After about a year or two of use with no issues, my Windows as declared itself not genuine. After attempting to resolve the problem I have run out of ideas. Below is my MGAdiag which says that some of my files have been tampered with. What course of action would be best to repair this before I go the reinstall route?

Are you a member of MSDN or TechNet?
If not, your installation is counterfeit, no matter what other problems it has.
