  • Hey all,

Just sat my 70-243 (and passed.....few)
So I am thinking of sitting all my other exams to get MCSE

Just wondering if anyone know if you can use this for completing my MSCE? I'm kinda going backwards with my certs as work needed me to pass this exam.

    thanks in advanced

  • XFittech,

Any update on which of  the MCSE certifications you would like to complete?

Exam 70-243 is not part of a MCSE track, for most MCSE tracks you will need MCSA Server 2012 (three exams, 70-410-,70-411, 70-412) + two additional exams (some MCSE tracks have different requirements).

If you have MCITP Server Admin/Ent. Admin or MCSA Server 2008 then you can upgrade to MCSA: Server 2012 by passing exam 70-417. Any older MCSA/MCSE Server 2003 certification cannot be upgraded anymore.
