what can supersede personal email options setting RRS feed

  • I'm looking at an email record from someone not even in CRM (contact or user) brought in by the email router from Outlook (no Outlook client present that I know of) assigned to a user whose setting says "Email messages in response to CRM email."

    How can this be?
