  • All requirements are fulfilled to achieve microsoft small business specialist.. But it is not displaying the microsoft small business specialist logo under pinpoint  .

    Contacted Indian support team and they accepted it is a technical mistake.. but no more corrections .. only the apologies...More than two months..

    What a pathetic situation .. How can we help clients to resolve technical issues being technical guys.. When we are miserable..... helpless.... partner helping program let us down...  No more replying or don't bother even..

    Any idea suggestion regarding this ? I have to post this thread because indian team no longer reply to emails regarding to the below thread...

    Sorry for the confusion, Aravinda I was referring to the Small Business Specialist Community Assessment. if it is already showing as complete in the Partner Profile, you should be able to see it in the Microsoft Pinpoint and you should already get the logo as well.
     
    I am clarifying some details with our backend team right now because I was told the issue has been resolved but when I went to check your organization profile, I found out the issue is not yet resolved. The assessment is not yet there. Please continue to bear with us.
     
    I will contact you again as soon as I get this rectified.
     
    We are doing our best to finally resolve this.

    Sorry for that.. And i do have much worries over these automated  systems....
     
    Although i have put sever effort in gaining small business competency and passed all requirement sadly i cant get special business logo under our partner company... My one and only wish is to achieve this and put the competency under this link
     
     
    Feel like all efforts are in vain. i mean passing Microsoft exams  related to small business competency and also passing assessments etc.
    At my end whatelse should i do? to earn this? What makes it preventing me from achieving  mall business competency under pyxle?

    5 years and the issues are the same, I think the site must be recreated using MVC 4

    Yes I did receive your email. I am still confirming information with a specialist regarding Small Business Specialist Community license benefits. I am also diligently working on your case. Please bear with me regarding the pinpoint issue. The backend team have not provided any update yet. 

    I as I have mentioned before, there is a technical bug affecting pinpoint and they do not have a timeframe when it will be resolved.

    I am sorry that you are having some difficulties. It is good that you have contacted your regional support center. My suggestion is that you contact them again and ask fro your support ticket to be escalated. Speak with a supervisor/manager and send them all of this supporting information.

  • What i really need is not disputes cases against people or complains.. i really hates this.. what i need is to get my thing sorted soon.. At this point this helping system related to Microsoft partner is really mess... the things described cannot be real...

    Now only Elfa replied ... As usual not the solutions for the problem after two months time with about 20 emails exchanged.. Only the apologies.... Very very pathetic.

    Unfortunately we can get help for partner network support things only from india which is closest to sri lanka. Elfa is from india. If i request help from another partner network helping center they will forward my request to inida.. last few times i had this thing..

    I have certainly a worry over this .. Because if Microsoft Indian team really informed this situation earlier ( a month back) why technical guys are not listening to them and correct this issue?

    If this message really conveyed to technical team why is taking this much of time?

    Why they are having this much of difficulties in correcting there own technical mistakes for about two months time??

    Who is taking this time? As an end user we are the victims of these kind of technical mistakes...... We have spent our time + money in achieving these competencies...

    Patiently waiting till this week end is over and hope Elfa the partner support team will bring us the solution...

    How are you? I hope all is well. I really apologize for the delayed response. I just got a new update from our backend team about the case.

     

    I was hopeful it will be fixed over the weekend, but unfortunately the backend team identified that a technical bug is the reason why the Small business Specialist Community does not reflect in Pinpoint. Our engineering team is now working on resolving this as top priority since this issue has been on-going for long a time now. However there was no timeframe provided as to when the bug will be fixed. Rest assured that I will keep an eye on this issue. I understand the inconveniences this issue has caused, but I greatly appreciate you being so patient.
