CRM Dynamics 2011 - Delegates RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Is it possible for a delegate to track items in another user's calendar?

    We are using Rollup 17 on both server and clients. I have tried to grant the user delegate access rights and also full access rights on the other user's mailbox but it is still not working.

  • Hello,

    If you've delegated access to your Outlook account, the delegate can track items on your behalf. These items won't synchronize with CRM until you connect to the CRM server.

    Microsoft recommends that you use only one delegate with Editor permissions. If multiple delegates are associated it is advisable that only one delegate or the mailbox owner will process all the meeting requests. This is to prevent one person accepting a meeting invite, but another declining it.
