i purchased one care product key:[Removed]. The installation could no be completed due to the above error code. what do i need to do to complete the installation.

The 0020 error indicates a damaged Windows Defender installation. See this Microsoft Knowledge Base article to resolve the isue - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/930162
