    Microsoft Learning released a series of LCDS sample courses to help new users learn how to use the authoring templates.  

    http://www.microsoft.com/learning/tools/lcds/samples/default.mspx 

    Downloading the courses will put them in the correct file location for LCDS to find them.

    To open the courses after download:

    • Open LCDS
    • Click Open from the top Toolbar
    • The sample courses will appear in the Open Course dialog
    • Select a course
    • Click OK
