Windows Live is an interesting error

  I installed windows 7 on my computer.Then I installed windows live.But the installation stopped and gave an error during the installation phase.I tried to uninstall and re-installing the installation.Currently, I use windows live messenger and windows live mail.But the instant messenger when I click the e-mail program does not open emails.I set Internet options
   but not again
