    Your problem is a rare thing in Win 7 – a Trusted Store Tamper.
    Such problems are frequently caused by malware, and may well not be fixed until the malware is properly removed.
    Download and install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (www.malwarebytes.org ). Update it, but do NOT accept the offer of Real-Time protection (it may cause problems).
    Run a Full System Scan in your main user account, and Quick scans in any other account.
    Delete everything it finds.
    Then reboot, and Post a new MGADiag report.
