windows cannot start on normal mode but can on safe modes

Hello!

since a few months ago my computer has been experiencing problems.the problem would start when google chrome would fail to start and i cannot access my control panel nor my task manager.i can continue using it after a system restart.i then uninstalled avast and installed comodo.but when i restarted,and logged in.it would say critical eroor you would be logged out.but i can still use it in all of the safe modes.can somebody please help me?your assistance would be appreciated!!=)thnk u....
