My manager is having this problem with the OCS Communicator. When he tries to start a video call (or if someone tries to contact him with a video call), when the other party picks up, the call disconnects immediately. However, if we connect through a "voice" call through Communicator, and then click the Video button to turn it into a video call, we are able to connect. He is the only one having this issue. Has anyone else seen this? Thanks.
