  When validating ABS, the Check Http URL generates error HTTP Response: 500 Internal Server Error for the URL https://ocs01r2.st.com/Abs/Int/Handler/D-0bf3-0bf4.dabs

  When using the URL and testing it on IE, I get the following error:

  Server Error in '/Abs/Int/Handler' Application.
  Failed to Execute URL.
