Ribbon Workbench is not working RRS feed

    I recently installed RibbonWorkBench 2013 and created a solution according to the getting started guide available in ribbonworkbench website.

    Now when I click on RibbonWorkBench 2013 button, the system launch a new pop-up window with blank screen. After I enabled the debug mode in IE11, it shows the error message below

    Message: 1001 An error has occurred.

    Environment:

    MS Dynamics CRM 2013 SP1 (6.1.0.581)

    Installed RibbonWorkbench2013 (2.0.0.5)

    IE 11 Version 11.0.9600.17239

    The resolution to this issue is to restart my PC, issue solved.

    Hi Deric,

    Please install Silverlight and then check again.

    Hi Saad,

    I have installed Silverlight and tried in IE, Firefox and Chrome, all not working. Perhaps I should uninstall and reinstall again, keep you posted :)
