Extending a hard disk drive on vista RRS feed

  • Question

  • HI

I want to increase the size of my c:drive by moving unused GB from my D:drive to it. I have shrunk my d:drive which has greated just short of 20gb of unallocated memory. When i right click on c:drive on the disk management window, it doesn't give me any options to extend it. It seems that all i can do with the unallocated memory is to reapply it to the D:drive via the extend option on disk management by right clicking it.

Is there anyway that i can apply it to my C:drive as i am down to 11% free space left and want to increase it?

    Thanks
