Cannot Activate OneCare subscription RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I was having continual problems with OneCare not being able to update the virus protection so I uninstalled OneCare and reinstalled the program. 

     

    I had a subscription paid through May 2009 but when I enter my WindowsID, I get a message that no subscription is assoicated with this account.  An hour ago I updated my account via my WindowsID because my credit card had expired.  Then all hell broke loose.

     

    Is there any live person available to help me resolve this?  The links and help pages are not helpful for my situaiton.

     

    I would like to resolve this ASAP.
