CRM 4.0: Can't update the Contract Template's "Service Level" attribute RRS feed

  •  I've added a new entry to the "Service Level" attribute and renamed all of the default, out-of-the-box options for both Cases and Contracts.  However, I cannot alter the picklist for the Contract Template.  Just in case the levels are cross referenced fom the Contract entity, I've published all customizations.


    I've searched all over the interwebs, and this handy "Working with CRM 4.0" book which seems to be more for management than developers.  No answers thus far.  So, my question is simply this:  how to I effect changes on the "Service Level" attribute for Contract Templates?
