    Thank you for that information. It appears that we are having a temporary problem with our eligibility check for that specific product. This issue should be resolved by Friday, June 29th. Can you please have your customer attempt redemption again on Friday?

  • My customer just bought a new PC from me. When we went to www.localpcbuilder.com/redeem to redeem the print server offer for Office 2007 Pro, the system did not validate. We were however able to validate to redeem the Vista products.
