     Whenever I try to Add a learning plan to My Learning I get a message saying microsoft learning "An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later.". Is that a know bug?

    I got the same thing expect I got it when I tried to purchase some courses.

    Anyone else with this and how can it be corrected?

    I've been getting 500 Server Too Busy while trying to sign in, for the past hour, but it just resolved. A link from the error aspx page to a public incidents/outages/ETA page would be a helpful feature for those of us trying to plan.

    I just posted a system announcement.  There are sign in issues this morning on the learning platform (http://learning.microsoft.com) and on www.microsoftelearning.com and it is causing the error message you mention.

    It is being investigated and I will post a resolution as soon as one is available.
