show "add the sender to contacts" in page that user is reading the massage

  Hello
  Now user have to send a reply to sender of a message to appear  "add to contacts" button automatically but there is no any visible choice to do so in the page witch the user is reading message and don't like to send a reply.
  Hope you will note my suggestion.
