need help, i tried doing the live one care and gave me an error message, so i tried also in safe mode and when it was time to fix it goes into error message again? the error code is 0X10600C06 RRS feed

    need help, i tried doing the live one care and gave me an error message, so i tried also in safe mode and when it was time to fix it goes into error message again?? it takes hours to go through these scans and then have them give you this error is BS. the error code is 0X10600C06  can anyone help? it says microsoft will contact me if they have a solution, but hasnt? thanks for any help.
