Hey BG Runner,
Thank you for visiting the Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) program forum and providing your MGA Diagnostic results :-). Good news everything appears good based on the report. I did notice your Office Sutie needs to be activated though. Please reference the following site for various Telephone Activation Centers:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326851
You may call and have your Office activated.
As far as not being able to use Windows Update "WU" this falls outside the support scope for WGA program because it relates to "WU". I would like to recommend posting your question to theDiscussions in Windows Update Forum located here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/newsgroups/reader.mspx?dg=microsoft.public.windowsupdate&lang=en&cr=US
Also visit here:
http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vistawu/thread/12658b86-1e72-4eae-a8bf-66779b6ce98d/
Please post back and let us know the advice in the WU forum :-). Take care and thank you again.
Stephen
