user login changed in AD, now reports come up empty (4.0) RRS feed

  • Someone changed a user login in active directory from domain\firstlast to domain\flast.  He can still use CRM but the filtered view reports all come up empty for him.  I tried creating a new crm login and changing the login name on the existing one.  Both fail saying I can't use a domain login already in use.

    Do I have to hack the database to fix this?
