    Guys any idea about how will the winners of this contest get the prize ? the USB pen drives, can be posted, also the windows phone can be couriered, but what about the massive xbox ? will it also be couriered ?
     or will there be a prize distribution function held somewhere ? and if so, then will they give the expenses for the traveling etc ? cause the people will be coming from different parts of the country Stick out tongue..

    Guys, express your views, ideas, and suggestions ....

    Yeah MS is going to pay a large amount to the courier services,

    may be they will contact u personally by any MS Executive to deliver your prize....

    I know I can't win this contest.b/c I joined at end of last month.and I am sure that i will not be in top 100!! and not qualify for top500 b/c i will never reach 10k with out an miracles in site many quizes/drastical changes etc..Still I have same question how wil they send prizes? They will send via post? calenders and cds? It will cost more than the item itself.

    I dunno wat they will send the Xbox prize, but regarding other prizes, they'll courier them to us... (Since, my prize of USB Kit in the SecureWars Competition too was couriered to me ...)

    yes small gifts can be couriered. but bigger ones like xbox, and windows phone have to be taken care about. I guess it wont be a problem even if they post the xbox

    Do you have any information about the travelling expenses ?

    Also you THINK that the function will be organized at delhi, or you have contacted the admins about it ?

    But for how many people will they organize a function, hardly few will get over 10K Stick out tongue

    It might be impossible to organise a function for Student rockstar due to less no of people having 10k. (in Imagine Cup Idia Final there were around 300  to 400 people). even if they orgainse it in DLF Delhi in there organisation campus for few of people then i have a strong chance to attend it!!

    The organizers might have thought that there might be 500 winners atleast, so they might be thinking of organizing a ceremony. But as i guess there wont be many who will cross 10K, it will be a loss for them to organize a ceremony for only few students.

    Greetings, surely there will be a function because MS is not conducting some contest it is to all STUDENT STARS Countered.

     

    Each any every participant is an star but who is very closer to the contest will be awarded. Others will be honoured.
