  • I have a compaq presario CQ 50 laptop.  It is 3  years old.  I just bought a copy of Windows 7 Ulitimage.. Installed it no problem then about 2 weeks later I keep getting this error that my copy is not genuine.

I upgraded the BIO... I have entered the key over and over.. I  have tried to go back to visita but I can't because I don't have the disks anymore..  I can use my computer but I get this error all the time and I have limited functionality.

What can I do.. how can I make this work or go back to Vista.. I have to be missing something here...

Here is my MGA diag file.

This copy of Windows was installed using a hacker's  Loader program, and a commonly-pirated key from an Acer machine.
Your updating the BIOS appears to have broken the Loader, meaning that the OS can now see the real BIOS, and is unable therefore to activate using the available codes.
You need to claim a refund from the vendor - NOT a replacement! - and purchase a genuine copy of Windows from a reputable dealer, or reinstall the original operating system using the recovery system that came with your PC.
Your copy of Office is also non-genuine, having been installed using a version of Office sold only in bulk, and with a key generated by a hacker's KeyGen program.
