  I have tried that link to when you cant finish installation because for some reason live onecare doesnt seem to reconize that I am connected to the internet. I have cable so I am always connected. I am also a subscriber but since I had to uninstall to re install it says that I am not connected so I cant even get to the point where I can hit the activate button so I can have my live onecare version 2 back. I have tried the link several times over and it still doesnt seem to fix it. I have uninstalled and re installed several times too. I am at a loss.....
