Currently, SyncToy only supports the following options to exclude changes during sync: 1) Exclude file by extension , 2) exclude read-only files 3)exclude hidden files and 4) exclude system files.
Press "F1" key after starting SyncToy and this will bring up SyncToy help manual.

I note this answer was provided some time ago and I am wondering if there are now more exclusion possibilities. The questions I specifically have are as follows:-
1.Can I exclude file by modification date?
2.Does SyncToy keep the same directory structure from one copy to the other
3.Can I compare the file tree (ie path) of one copy to the other
What I want to do is basically compare and sync two hardrives so that they have the same file structure and therefore files. I don't want the program to look at date modified. I would like to know if SyncToy can compare the two copies and the
files within it only by lookig at the filename, filesize and its file path. The reason I want it to look at file path is that quite possibly (unlikely but possible) that there may be two files with the same filename and filesize. These files
would contain different information and would be in differnt folders on the drive though. Ie. two word documents in differnet fofders called "FILE1" with differnt text but coincidently the same filesize.
