product key not valid windows vista? RRS feed

  • i had to recently reinstall vista on my computer that i have had for a few years and now all of a sudden it says the product key is invalid and i need a new one.

      ive had my computer for about 4 years and i decdied to reinstalled vista to my computer and the product key is invalid now ive already read other post on here and ran the genuine diagonstic tool. here is the results of it

    Follow the steps provided by the window.
     
    If normal phone activation fails, redial the number, and this time do NOT respond when the ansafone asks which service you require - this should force an operator to pick up who can deal with your problem.

  • i was told it wasnt a vaild copy of windows from the automated machine and then waited for over 20 mins and no one answered
