Could not activate RRS feed

    Last year I purchased and installed Live One from a disk.  When it expired, I renewed my subscription online using a credit card.  I have a printout showing that I paid for this with my credit card on 12/9/2007.  However, since I repeatedly could not activate the subscription, I downloaded a trial subscription to protect my pc.  Now the trial subscription has expired.  In December I paid for the Live One service that I couldn't activate and the my credit card was charged, but I still cannot activate.  Can you tell me how to activate the service I subscribed to in December?  Thanks.

  • If you have an active subscription, which is what was created when you activated originally, you need to use the same LiveID on the subsequent activations. If you are arriving at a screen to purchase or provide a token, you are likely not using the same LiveID as the subscription ID.

    If you don't recall the LiveID you used for your subscription, you will need to contact support who can provide that information to you using your Key and/or contact information.

    Alternatively, sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com with email addresses that you have set up as LiveIDs and one will show your subscription listed - that would the LiveID to use to activate the reinstall.
