How to enable Port 5069 & 5061 on the back end (sql server end)

  Hey,
  
  Having a few problems when the front end runs through the validation checks it states that TLS connect failed: (IP of Backend):5069 Error Code: 0x274d No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it (IP of Backend):5069
  
  Any ideas what we need to do to enable this?
