We can add several dynamic values in a field in the desigen of workflow? RRS feed

  • Hello,

    i create a workflow that creats an appointment of an account, i add several values, like adress name, street1, postal code of account into the place field of an appointment, but after i excute this work flow, why it only displayed the first attribute, for example {address name; street1; postal code;city},but only the addres name was displayed, thanks

  • I'm specualting here on what I'm guessing has happened. Over on the right you can select several dynamic values and then add them 'at once' to the form. However, what this actually does if provide a clever way to ensure a value appears in ther workflow. Essentially it looks for the first value (address name) and if this is blank it moves to the second and so on.

    If this is the case, adding them one at a time should fix it.

    i download it, but i think using the simple workflow creation is enough in my situation. i will refer this code later.

  • If it is displaying as text, and you're still using the form assistant on the right to get the values into the form, it could be a browser issue. If you use IE8 to adjust the workflow it can cause the behaviour you're describing. I'd try with IE7.
