Close MSN/Hotmail email account problem RRS feed

    I need to close my msn, hotmail, windows live account it is stating that, "To close this account, make sure each service is canceled and your Microsoft Points account is closed." I have called MSN tech support, Qwest tech support and whoever the new tech support is. They all said they cannot do anything because I did not "migrate" my account. I was NEVER notified to migrate. And this is a free account WHY would I have any pay information on it? Please help me close my msn/hotmail account!! PLEASE!! Now someone has sent spam from my account to my entire contact list. These items ARE in my sent items folder so I know someone has hacked it. Also, I have tried to do the whole security protocol of changing my Question and answer and my password. It will not allow me to. It says my password is invalid...It is NOT invalid it gets me into MY account just fine. Help me!!!

    i need to close  my other hotmail/msn cuz i have 2 account but wont let me, they said, To close this account, make sure each service is canceled and your Microsoft Points account is closed." i dont have a microsoft points account.. pls... help me as soon as u can, thank you
