Downloading Templates issue with Validation on Office Home and Student 2007

Question
-
I have been trying to download templates for Excel by clicking on the Microsoft symbol on the top left corner of Excel while it is open. Then going to new and picking a template. It ask me to do a check to see if it is Genuine. It says my Office Home and Student 2007 is not Genuine. I click the link and it says it has been Validated and is Genuine. I head back to Excel and try to download a template again and still keep getting the same error and go through the whole thing again.
I did a Diagnostic Tool scan and here are the results.

Good Morning Mchurch01,
Thank you for posting your question. First can you please tell me exactly what messaging you are receiving and actual error codes if any?Office programs normally do not come standard on computers but are offered for an additional cost. Computer Manufacturers will often include a Trial version of Office, which allows you to use it for a limited number of uses after which, it will ask for a valid Office Product Key. If you wish to continue using it, you would need to buy a Full Version of Microsoft Office.
If the copy of Office, that came with your computer is supposed to be a Full Version, then your vendor should have included in the documentation that came with your computer. If you are unable to find the Office Product Key and you still believe that the computer should have come with a Full Version of Office, please contact the Vendor and/or person that you bought the computer from for further assistance.
The following Knowledge Base (KB) articles will show you how to determine whether you have a trial edition of an Office 2007 suite or program installed and conversion processes.

How to buy the 2007 Microsoft Office suites

Also note that trial software has a 30 day timer which begins when you launch the program for the first time.
If it is out of date, you will have two options. The first is to uninstall it from your system. The second is to purchase the full version. It is recommended that you uninstall it if you do not wish to purchase to avoid further validation issues.
Thank you for visiting the WGA program forum.
