Ok, now I'm with ya. Sorry about that. I haven't noticed the Moved By line but I might have seen this a few times where I did a move. Thread appears to stay in old location (for maybe an hour) but if you click it you're immediately taken to the destination forum.

Dave, Actually you see it that I moved it? I still don't see it. I am an answerer there (Tools).

Yes I do and I have only forum user role there. I also see your second move in Migration forum. I'm not sure about a moving log as I've not noticed that.
