    My windows 8.1 Time automatically backs 1 hour whenever I connect the internet !! I promise all of you :

    1: My CMOS battery has been changes twice and is health.

    2: And I promise you my daylight savaing is off.

    3: My time server synchronize has been Uncheck.

    4: And I disabled the Windows time service in Services.msc just now

    5: I have not joined a domain. I am stand-Alone PC.

    Someone helps me. what is the matter? which service has session from  y PC to the internet ????????????????
