CRM Contracts Created in CRM, not showing up on Contract Lookup - Cases RRS feed

  • Really weird behavior I am seeing today in CRM 2011 (On Premise). I have 773 contracts in CRM and they all have contract lines and are active...however, when I am looking at a Case form and try to select a contract from the contract lookup, there are no contracts....

    Yes, I have selected a Customer and yes that Customer has a contract, but his contract does not show up in the pop up window to look up contracts. The checkbox is not set to only show My Contracts so something should show up....

    Any ideas why the contracts are not showing up?



    EDIT: I am on UR15 if that helps with anything.

    EDIT: figured it out, the Contract Lookup has a relationship with the customerid field while we needed it to use a separate field for the relationship. Added a relationship for this field and it works now.
