At start/progams/synctoy it gives the "last run at" date and time............using (XP Pro) task manager we set the date and time to run......
My queston is it only shows last run date and time if you force run the program it will not show the schedualed run? I have put test documents dated and time on the desktop and my documents and they in fact show up in the backup on our server......any responce or to clarify will be much appreciated.

Hi pict,
SyncToy only show the last run time for folder pairs in UI, and it is for UI run. If you run syncToy through SyncToyCmd.exe command, this will not be updated in UI, it is by design.
But you can get the latest run info from [userapplicationdata]\Local\Microsoft\SyncToy\2.0SyncToyLog.log.
