my one care is saying I need to renew when I shouldnt have to untill at least january RRS feed

    My one care is saying that I need to subscribe, I havent been able to get this off since I re installed it after my computer crashed and had to go to the shop.I had renewed my subscription when I needed to and it hasnt ended yet I have tried to contact someone one but there is no support that I can find none of the questions pertain to my problem and there are no phone numbers because its saying that I have a free trial which I dont. any help is appreciated.

  • Hello Harvey, after reinstalling One Care you have to activate it. Open One Care, select "Subscribe" and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID and password used to purchase One Care. Your subscription status will be recognized and One Care will activate.
