Dear Customer,
Thanks for your interesting in Microsoft Fix it Center(Beta).
What's the OS on which you have fix it installed. If there is some errors during the installation, could you please copy the error code to me. You can copy the error code by the following steps.
1. Install fix it.
2. Then click start->run, input the eventvwr and click ok.
3. Under the Windows Logs section in the Event Viewer, select Application, find out the Warning/Error level event logs, open and copy it to me.
Thanks
Sam

Did you ever get a reply? I'm having the same problem.Tuesday, November 29, 2011 8:29 AM

No - never got anything - as shown on this site.
Unfortunately.
Ended up using another Virus Scanner back then and just recently have gone back to AVG and have not had a problem loading AVG as new install. I did also dump Fix It also.

I'm haveing the same problem. I don't have an error code, it just never installs powershell. I've left the computer on over night. Restarted the computer, re-downloaded and re-installed the software clean and left it installing for hourse and each time the progress bar gets to just between the "o" and the "w" in the word "Powershell", but never goes any further.
When I go into the Event Viewer this is the warning I see, though it doesn't "seem" connected: Warning 3/31/2012 8:26:37 AM User Profile Service 1530 None
