I'm haveing the same problem. I don't have an error code, it just never installs powershell. I've left the computer on over night. Restarted the computer, re-downloaded and re-installed the software clean and left it installing for hourse
and each time the progress bar gets to just between the "o" and the "w" in the word "Powershell", but never goes any further.
When I go into the Event Viewer this is the warning I see, though it doesn't "seem" connected: Warning 3/31/2012 8:26:37 AM User Profile Service 1530 None
