Microsoft Fixit can't fix it

  I'm trying to update windows xp pro, but it doesn't allow automatic updates. I was recommended I use Microsoft FixIt, but it doesn't work. I understand Windows sucks and Microsoft doesn't support their products, so I'm left trying to find a solution here.

  Any help appreciated.
