    Is there a way to import the contacts stored in an ACT contact database into the contacts stored in the Microsoft CRM contacts database.  I appreciate any information anyone can give me.

    if you simply want the contacts can you get ACT to export to a csv file. This can then be imported into Microsoft CRM using the import wizard.

     

    If you want all your act data you can either use the data migraiton framework, buy scribe or build your own code
