Subject Lookup in CRM 2013 is no more Quickly Editable RRS feed

  • Most of clients have quite lengthy Subject Hierarchy and they use to type on top of the Subject Lookup to get the Subject.

    But with the CRM 2013, You cannot type on top of the Subject lookup (Ex. in Case form). Instead of that, you have to select the subject from the dropdown.

    This is going to be a difficult task as many users are not exactly sure where the subject they looking is lies inside the Subject Hierarchy. Remember there is no quick search feature for Subject lookup.

    We'd like to see an alternative way to get the correct subject when user type on top of the subject Lookup.
