I am attempting to reformat my p.c using:- "Windows genuine advantage kit for windows xp professional." I validated this copy of windows many months ago. However, now when I try to reformat it asks me for the product key on the back of my cd case. On the back of my cd case it says "no key", just below the bar code on the sticker. And their is no key on my c.d either. I know my windows is genuine, but I cant find a product key on this Windows Genuine Advantage key anywhere. I have used the tool, the information is below. (Edited out entire product key, instead of just first 10 digits). I remember validating it online, but not sure whether product key was emailed to me. Anyhelp is greatly appreciated as I cannot reformat without this and my p.c is going slow and has virus + spyware that can't be removed with norton.
