Why does this message keep turning up when i have genuine software

And how to get rid of this message. I do not understand why Microsoft insists on wasting my time. Can they not even make this software work?

Hello psykeo,
The Diagnostic Report is showing your XP and Office as Genuine.
Would you go to http://microsoft.com/genuine/diag and click the 'Start Diagnostic' button. The site will ensure your Windows and Office are setup to allow Validation to occure (it also check for common issues). If anything is found amiss, it will either fix it for you or explain how you can.
Once you get all green check marks, click the Validate Windows button. This will do a comprehensive validation of your XP (you can do the same thing for Office by clicking the Validate Office button).
If your XP (and/or Office) Validates as Genuine, any Non-Genuine messageing should go away after the next reboot (if not sooner)
If your XP (and/or Office) Validate as Non-Genuine, it will tell you why.
Thank you,
