"Script Disabled" message in Excel exporting Dynamic Worksheet RRS feed

  • Question

  • Question relating to MSCRM 2011 using ADFS (Client based authentication).

When exporting a Dynamic Worksheet through Internet Explorer, Excel loads but states "Script is disabled. Click Submit to continue".  Doing this through the Outlook client however, launches fine (once I hit refresh data).

Am I right in thinking that this 'should' work through Internet Explorer?  If so, any suggestions?

    Thanks

Thanks for the response.  It is IE9 and yes, we have ran a repair.

I am just wondering if this shoudl ONLY work through Outlook?

  • I've seen this fail with IE used directly to export from as well. The following article seems to have a sensible step-by-step fix for this:

  • Thanks again for the response.

I have tried the first solution of just clicking 'Refresh data' but the same error occurs, "Script is disabled. Click Submit to continue".

Whilst the second longer workaround rectifies the issue, I have to do this EVERY time and this is not suitable practice for all users.
