TFS2015 upgrade from TFS2010 RRS feed

    we are currently upgrading from TFS2010 to TFS2015 with a complete new app & database server.
    we started the upgrade on 8/16 , bring TFS offline and with the Database backups restored and running the TFS upgrade wizard 
    During the upgrade process  we ran into multiple issues (TempDB size issues , and network) which failed the upgrade process.
    We have reran the upgrade wizard which is still running 8/21.
    as currently we dont see any ETA on upgrade completes , we have brought the TFS2010 server online , keeping the TFS2015 migration process running in parllel.
    is there a way the differential data (Changesets ,Work items , attachments etc )from TFS2010 which is currently online  , can be moved to TFS2015 environment post upgrade completes.
