CRM 3.0 SP2 Token not assigned.

Question
-
Hello,
I have the following problem:
The email created in CRM 3.0 with object containg 'A' (upper case), '0', '1' are created without the token. (CRM:xxxxx).
I understood that this happen because, to make some tries, I changed the default token "CRM" to "A", To "0" and to "1". Then I set agai the token to default "CRM".
The CRM 3.0 knows all my token (to register all future incoming mails) and so when I create an email with subject containing for examples "A", CRM 3.0 thinks the the email I'm creating, already contains the token ("A") and doens't insert it.
My question is : how can I reset the registered token in CRM 3.0 ?
(I already check the new SP3 but it doesn't contains issue about this problem!!!! )
thank you very much

Hello,
I tried Rollup 3 but this unfortunately doesn't solve the token problem. The CRM 3.0 keeps in mind my old Token setting "A", "0" and "1" and if my email's object contains one of this caracters, CRM doens't insert the current token (CRM: ) because it thinks that the token is already present.
Someone can help me a give me information where I can find and remove the old CRM token ?
Thank you very much
Regards
