Dear bcbcbc1827,
I regret that I don't have the technical knowledge to assist you. And the intention of this forum is not to address technical issues. I sugest you post your question in the Internet Explorer newsgroup - someone there should be able to help.
Best regards,

Hi bcbcbc1827,
The page you are experiencing that as your homepage is temporary. Next time the page loads, simply follow the quick steps to set a few settings of your browser, and your homepage will then become your permanent homepage.
Regards,
Michael.
