    I have been billed for renew of windows live one care but it still in free trial.  I need fixed or refund.  I think maybe problem because I dump and renew all programing on my computer or there is clash with different old account and password etc.  Basicly I just paid for something that I can't use

    Hello John, after reinstalling One Care you have to activate it. To activate open One Care, select "Subscribe" and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID and password used to purchase One Care. Your subscription status will be recognized and One Care will activate.
