Hi All,
Can anyone give me concept as below points:-
1. What is mean outside and within the database transaction in plugin?
2. Difference between Pre-validation and Pre-operation with example?
3. Difference between workflow and plugin when both are asynchronous , post event and online mode?
Please help me regarding this concept because every technical person ask me this concept but i am unable to explain it.

Hi Mintu,
for your last question, they work similar. Plugins and workflow are complementary. Workflows are easier to configure, but the functionality is limited. You can do much more using plugin or you have to create custom workflow activities. changes to plugins, you have to deploy the plugin.
