An easier way to rearrage icons on Start page RRS feed

    On Windows Mobile 6.5, user can change where the application icons is but the choice is only to move to top and move down when it is already at the top.

    User should be able to rearrange icons to wherever pleased.. with ease.. like tap and hold and drag to the desired spot.

    I'd like there to be a way to rearrange the icons all at once by selecting an option that reorders the icons alphabetically or by frequency of use.
